C9 Testimony / Thoughts

This is some of little thoughts I wish to share about during consumption of the C9 F.I.T course. 

As you may know, C9 is a 9 day program. Generally speaking, for the first 2 days, i.e. Day 1 and Day 2, you are not allowed to consume any calories. From Day 3 to Day 9 onward, for man, you are allowed to consume 700 calories per day and for woman, 600 calories. 

It is not that bad actually. For first 2 days, no consumption of calories does not mean no consumption of food. You can choose to consume food like apples or water boiled vegetables if you are hungry. Knowing that the first 2 days will be tough (as told by my wife), I started my C9 F.I.T course on a Saturday so that on I stay at home during the weekends to minimize outdoor activities / consumption of energy. When I am hungry, I ate apples, water boiled carrots and broccoli. 

Actually, the program encourages you to also do minimal amount of exercise during the 9 days. For me, as my energy level was pretty low during the first 2 days, I did not actually do any heavy exercises besides walking. For Day 3 onward, as my traveling to work involves a lot of walking, I therefore took these walking as my daily exercise. 

After the first 2 days, from Day 3 onward to Day 9, it was easier as my body tend to get used to the minimal food consumption pattern. I took up food with calories during my dinner when I got home. In the morning and afternoon, I solely follow the instructions as per the C9 booklet, consuming the FL Aloe Vera gel, Forever Lite Soy Protein Milk Shake, Arctic Sea Fish and Forever Bee Pollen.  

As C9 tends to clean up my body system, every morning when I head to the toilet when my stomach aches, the objects that my body tend to flush out is something watery, crispy and brown in color. I would say that the process of flushing out is not painful at all. Smooth and easy process. Imagine your body not taking unnecessary / unhealthy food for 9 days, your body will not have that much nonsense to flush out as in the past.

I have shared the results / outcome in my first post. I repeat the same here:

- Lost at least 2 kilograms;
- Felt lighter, belly fats gone / smaller; 
- Feel more energetic when wake up;
- Does not feel bloated after heavy meals; 
- Does not gain weight easily;
- Drop in blood sugar level; 
- Drop in uric acid level;   

I wish to add that once the unnecessary toxic is removed from our body, we will definitely feel better, stronger than before. 

As maintenance, I insist to at least drink 100ml of FL Aloe Vera gel mix with 250ml of plain water every morning when I wake up and every night before I sleep to maintain the general well being of my body.

My First Post in Project Forever Living

I am a typical Malaysian Chinese, live in a small town called Johor Bahru. A small town famous enough because this place is just next to Singapore from the causeway. 

Like every Malaysian out there, to enjoy a better quality of living, I travel to Singapore to work every Mondays to Fridays, spending close to 5 hours to and fro work, via public transport. I have to wake up as early as 4.30am before the sun comes out to start traveling, spending average of 1 hour to 1.5 hours of waiting time at Singapore immigration for clearance / waiting for bus and only get to reach home on the average of 7pm to 7.30pm when the moon comes out, if I leave work at 5.30pm. 

Yes, the exchange rate today as we speak, is at SGD1.00 equivalent to RM3.15, on the average. If I earn say SGD2,500 per month, I get to take home about RM7,875, cold hard cash. I do not need to contribute to any CPF in Singapore as I am only a normal work permit holder. A lot of Malaysians choose to become a Permanent Resident in Singapore to enjoy benefits such as 25% contribution towards CPF and another X percent of contribution from employers. Besides that, being a PR, their employment status are more stable. They could change job anytime they want without worrying the next employer having to apply for a work permit. 

Anyway, my point of view is to look for alternative source of income to replace my Singapore job in the near future. I cannot afford to spend 5 hours wasted on traveling alone everyday. I would rather spend 5 hours with my family, watch my kids grow, spending time to educate my kids rather than traveling 5 hours every day. It is tiring to wake up at 4.30am everyday. It is even more tiring or saddening to reach home and could only watch my kids going to bed.

One day, my wife through her secondary school mate get to know about Forever Living (FL). My wife was firstly introduced the FL Aloe Vera Gel. This product was not an unknown product in Malaysia. It has been in the market for quite some time. After that, my wife was introduced about the C9 F.I.T. package. C9 stands for CLEAN 9. 

It was during the last quarter of 2016, my wife started trying out the C9 F.I.T package. My second child was born in end August 2016. As usual, after pregnancy / giving birth, woman tend to put on weight and the usual good looking body figure starts changing shape. From my eyes as a husband, of course I do want my wife to go back looking as good as it is before pregnancy, or even look better ever than before. My wife took the initiative of trying out C9 F.I.T package on her own. 

I would say that C9 F.I.T package is a combination of a series of FL products to not only help you shape your body and lose weight but most importantly, to help you clean up your body system, i.e. detox. It is a 9 day course, relying on the following combination of products:- 

1) Forever Living Aloe Vera Gel - 2 bottles 
2) Forever Lite Soy Protein Shake Mix (chocolate flavour) - 1 pack 
3) Arctic Sea Fish (normal fish oils with olive oil) - 1 bottle (60 softgels)
4) Forever Bee Pollen - 1 bottle (100 tablets) 
5) C9 guide / booklet  

After the 9 days course ended, my wife shared with me the following:- 

- She lost 2 kilograms; 
- She felt lighter, as in she lost unwanted fats on her tummy and both thighs; 
- She felt more energetic every morning when she wakes up, she used to feel tiring even with sufficient rest / sleep; 
- She does not feel bloated anymore after heavy meals; 
- She does not gain weight easily; 

I felt that C9 F.I.T package comes with a reasonable / affordable price. As my wife started becoming an official distributor of FL, to support her, I also took the initiative of taking up a C9 F.I.T package for my own. As Chinese New Year (CNY) was back in end January 2017, I actually took up this program 2 weeks before CNY to try out the effects. 

Generally, I felt what my wife felt as described above. I lost my big tummy belly. 

On top of that, I have a family history of high blood sugar and high uric acid. In 2016, I intended to purchase a new insurance policy for myself and I failed the urine test because of excessive protein and blood contents found in my urine.

After I completed my 9 days C9 F.I.T course, I went for a complete blood test. My results was surprising. My urine test passed with clean results, i.e. no more excessive protein and blood contents in my urine. My blood sugar level and uric acid was in the safety zone, though on the high side. I was pleased with the results. I did not expect to have such good results. 

For the sake of my health, I intend to take up C9 F.I.T course a second time. Now that I am also an official distributor of FL, I will plan my purchase in time to come to hit the necessary business credits as a distributor to enjoy the benefits from FL.
